I was assessed by Ofsted as an ‘excellent role model’ and an ‘excellent classroom teacher’.

In 1993 I was promoted to an Advanced Skills Teacher.

I worked at various schools helping children and adults learn new skills. They consistently assessed me as being excellent.

I was closely involved with BECTA, the UK Government’s lead organisation for integrating ICT into schools and wrote lesson plans for them that are now used across the UK.

My Teaching Methods

I treat each child as being an individual with many needs:

Emotional

Physical

Intellectual

Social

Moral

Character growth

And these all interact with each other.

Extra help with studies

Some students take to their work like ducks to water. Some don’t.

I can provide carefully targeted help to help students overcome their confusions about a subject.

Usually this involves helping them take steps to help themselves and giving them the confidence to try.

My teaching methods raise people's attainment by developing their confidence.

This earned me an assessment by Ofsted as an 'excellent role model'.
